Our Firm
Our firm was established in 1972 by Frank K. Haley. Frank’s son, John, has led the firm since 1996. Jack Kemp originally joined the firm in 2005. After rejoining forces with John, Jack now leads our market presence in Cherokee and surrounding counties.
Our core focus is real estate and we are committed to a providing a professional, personal and efficient experience for YOU: the Buyer, Seller, Realtor, Lender, Investor, Builder, Developer.
We possess agencies with the top national title insurance companies and remain an approved closing agent for virtually every banking entity in Greater Atlanta and North Georgia.

Our Principal Attorneys
John K. Haley
Attorney
John is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in Finance. After a brief career in commercial finance, John started working for the Haley law firm in 1986 while attending Atlanta Law School. He and his Dad, Frank Haley, later founded Haley and Haley in 1999.
John has been practicing real estate law almost exclusively since receiving his law degree and becoming an active member of the State Bar of Georgia in 1990. He is a devoted husband, father and grandfather and when not in the office focused on transactions, he’s an avid fan and supporter of Buford scholastic sports, major league baseball and the beach.
Jack K. Kemp
Attorney & Of Counsel
A U.S. Army veteran, Jack obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and is a graduate of Michigan State University School of Law. He is a member of the state bars of Michigan and Georgia and has developed specialties in real estate, corporate formation and governance, non-profit law and organizational formation and strategy.
Jack is the Managing Member of The Kemp Firm, LLC and Of-Counsel with Haley and Haley Law Group, LLC. He is married with six children, an active member in his church and local community, an active non-profit board member and a veteran advocate.
